Identity data (name), contact data (email, phone, address), customer transaction data (requests, orders, invoice details), transaction security data (IP address, session and log records) and request management data.

Carrying out service and contract processes, responding to requests, invoicing and accounting, ensuring information security, fulfilling legal obligations and managing customer relations.

4. Legal Bases

Processing relies on Article 5/2 of KVKK: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment and protection of rights, and legitimate interest; in other cases, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Data may be transferred to authorized public institutions within legal obligations and, to the extent required by the service, to business partners and suppliers (hosting, email, payment and accounting providers) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

6. Your Rights (Article 11 KVKK)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
