Inventory and DNS
List users, shared addresses, forwarding and mailbox sizes. Messages, contacts and calendars can require different transfer methods. Review MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC as well as application senders.
User transition
Plan account access, devices, final synchronization and tests. Authentication settings cannot guarantee inbox placement in all receiving systems. Quotas, retention and support are defined in the proposal. Never send email passwords in the general form.
